Makes it much easier to travel or just picking up... Free parking in the surrounding's of the on site parking of the CBX. If your picking up the first 15 min are free for on site parking. Right side of building is for crossing. Left side is for picking up. Seats are available while you wait for your love one's. Vending machines are available as well as rental service's.
I love the convenience of this establishment but, the employees there have serious attitude! I was waiting for my grandmother who is wheel chair bound in the pick up area, I decided I was going to run to the restroom, it wasn't for more than 6 minutes a lady told me I could not wait for them there. I told her my family is almost here. She said it was not for parking so I went around by the time I went back my family was ready and the whole time she was speaking to her coworker and did not acknowledge the fact that where is more people
Just make sure you have enough time because the process on the Mexico side it’s slow. Other tham that it’s pretty easy. They also provide inside parking for you to storage your car for as long you need.
If you live in riverside county or south this is the easiest way to get to Mexico via the airport in Tijuana where you can get great deals on flights. Forget ever driving to LAX or standing in long customs lines - quick easy and efficient. From wheels down in plane to my brothers car was only 24 minutes. Also when you get to your final destination in Mexico... no need to go to customs since you will be on a domestic flight. Way worth the $15 fee
The absolute best way to get to the Tijuana airport. Very convenient. Customs and immigration service at end of bridge and a special gate entrance so you don't have to wait in long lines in the main lobby of the airport. Also on return to the US there are very short lines at US customs. Definitely recommend for border/Tijuana crossings.
